Every organization needs a way to contact them.   This is often done with a "Contact Us" form.   As the organization grows larger the complexity involved in routing the "Contact Us" request becomes more difficult.   Group Commons attempts to solve this with a coherent Contact Us module that routes requests based on the type of contact.   It can generate  tickets (task requests), and/or notify by email, or alerts.
